Unfortunately high School is exactly like this. However before the new staff at my high school settled in, the staff I existed with totally understood my struggles and how the school systems operate with the boards and the ways they do things. Even the statewide tests they were annoyed with.
Even the previous superintendent at my school district acknowledged that sitting back in a huge auditorium full of college students with laptops and a lecture professor on the bottom of the auditorium absolutely 100% said that the information coming out of their mouths is useless.
All the staff in my high school that previously used to work there hate college professors for what they are usually like because of the non-common sense operations they do at universities.
Now I don't know what your story is on the matter, but if you want the staff to appreciate you put a smile on your face and just survive the rigor. I know the standards have increased tremendously in the last 4 to 5 years perhaps 10 years but it can be done. Now back in the day in 2016 to 2014 I used paper for mathematics, history and English.
Now todays terms they are going completely paperless due to recent discoveries after the covid-19 "pandemic " bullshit. Sorenessence is it going to be using computers to solve mathematical problems and you know that used to traditional method of using paper.
